1. Skin folds-
I guess they are adopting a skinfold test as part of the physical.
2. WFI treadmill-
The Gherkin protocol is now called the WFI treadmill. They've re formulated the predicted VO2 Max for accuracy.
3. Same as the treadmill. No longer the NYFD treadmill.
4. Static plank added to test abdominal strength as an option to the curl up.
Some people complained about the static leg strength test. They added the option of the vertical jump. Basically you jump as high as you can and a mat measures how long you were airborne.
Some people also had trouble with the push up, so they added the option of doing them with handles.
