A kettlebell is a Russian cast iron weight that looks like a canon ball with a handle. It is an all around fitness tool.
This was my favorite presentation. It would be good to incorporate this into Recruit Fitness.
If you are thinking of trying kettlebells, please start off with light weights and work on form. Gradually build up from there. It is a good idea to hire a certified kettlebell coach before you start any new workout.
Kettlebells are good for building all around fitness. It is a great single tool that replaces: barbells, dumbbells, medicine balls, grip devices, and cardio equipment.
Kettlebells are good for your back. They strengthen your glutes. They stretch your hip flexors. And they develop good back endurance.
Kettlebells are very portable. It is like having a gym in one small package.
You can incorporate core exercises into a Kettlebell routine.
